Rebecca McArdell began her professional career working as an analyst for Morgan Stanley within the Institutional Equity Division, managing equity transactions worldwide for Spanish and Portuguese institutional clients.

Since her departure from the corporate world in 2014, Rebecca has worked as a Purser on some of the largest and most prestigious worldwide expedition yachts in the industry, assisting owners in reconnaissance cruise planning throughout West and East Africa.
